Our Story

TC & Tawanda Cason built their dream home in 2016. They decorated it, planted flowers, and turned their backyard into an enchanting hideaway. They were living their dreams at a young age. However, their associates were unable to purchase or build homes. They did not have stellar credit or stable jobs so they were told “no.”

TC & Tawanda did not want to enjoy living in a nice home in the suburbs and their associates could not. They decided to sell their dream home and buy homes around the city, so other families could live Ritzy too!
